Event Management
We provide a project team to match the job, drawing on a large pool of event personnel with broad-ranging experience including creative design, technical production, health and safety, hospitality and catering provision, logistics, box office services and event crews.
We project manage in full. This means driving the planning, operational critical paths, budgets and meetings; procuring suppliers and working with in-house departments, as well of course as providing the on site co-ordination and post event evaluation.
We’ll produce CAD plans and after full consultation with the team, we’ll build the event’s infrastructure – whether indoors or outside – power, cleaning, signage, fencing & barriers, dance floors, seating, toilets, leave it all to us.
Health & safety is always top of the agenda. Through our concert work, we’ve plenty of experience of working with local authorities and to both make licence applications and then put the right measures in place to ensure license conditions are met, liaising along with way with the emergency services. The planning continues with the development and procurement of all the necessary Health & Safety documentation – emergency plan, method statements, risk assessments and the relevant safety certification from suppliers.
We’ll also work closely with the client to gain a full understanding of the event’s crowd dynamics to develop a stewarding plan, traffic management plan as appropriate.
